Jupsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Jupsoft”) provides this ERP platform solely as a technology service provider to your school/institution.

1. Data Ownership

  1. 1.1 All personal and institutional data entered into this ERP belongs exclusively to the School/Institution.
  2. 1.2Jupsoft does not claim ownership of any data stored in the system.

2. Role of Jupsoft

  1. 2.1Jupsoft acts only as a Data Processor, providing the software application and secure infrastructure.
  2. 2.2Jupsoft does not access, view, use, or modify school data except where technically required to provide support or maintain system availability, and only under authorization from the School.

3. Data Security

  1. 3.1 All data is stored using secure, encrypted systems. ​
  2. 3.2 Industry-standard security measures are implemented, including encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
  3. 3.3 Jupsoft takes reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4. Data Sharing

  1. 4.1. Jupsoft does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any personal or institutional data to third parties.
  2. 4.2. Data is shared only if legally required or explicitly instructed by the School.

5. Responsibility of Users

  1. 5.1. Users access the ERP on behalf of their School.
  2. 5.2. The School is responsible for obtaining necessary consents from students, parents, and staff under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
